How is subscription different than purchasing single templates/decors? -
 With our subscription plans, as you are paying upfront, you receive discounts on the templates. For instance, if a single template costs you $5, with the subscription plan it will cost you anywhere between $3.5 to 30cents (depends on the plan type).
What if I want to cancel my subscription?-
There are no refunds whatsoever for cancellation of subscription.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?-
No. At this point of time we do not allow users to change or modify their subscription plan.
Is downloading of the same template considered as multiple downloads?-
Yes. Until unless you had experienced some download problems and the link is broken.
Can I re-download templates/decors which failed to download due to bad internet connection or technical reason?-
Yes, you will be given 5 tries for re-downloading the same. However, if still a problem persists, please contact our support team.
Can I re-download the templates/decors after my subscription is over?-
No.
I have unutilized Templates/Decors which I didn't download during the subscription period. Can they be carry forwarded if I renew my subscription?-
No. The subscription ends as soon as you exhaust your download limits or the period of subscription, whichever is earlier.
Can I re-use the templates that I have downloaded?-
Yes.
Can you zip or rar templates/decors that I have selected for download and send me a link?-
Our interest is to ensure that as our customer you get unrestricted download with good speed, we are unable to zip or rar the templates/decors for you or automate the download process.
What are these Templates compatible with?-
These templates are compatible with Windows and Mac edition of Dg Foto Art.
Do I need to register before buying the templates?-
Yes.
Do I need to input my credit card details while registering?-
No. Registration is free.
Can you burn and deliver the Templates DVD if I want one?-
No, you need to download the files you have selected.
